South by Southwest is the world’s largest annual music conference and festival to be held again in 2013 during March 12-17 in Austin, Texas USA.
SXSW have officially announced legendary rocker Dave Grohl as their keynote speaker, which will take place on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at the Austin Convention Center, the hub of SXSW Music events. For more information on Dave Grohl and his keynote appearance at SXSW head here.
In 2012, more than 550 international artists showcased their talents in Austin on over 100 different stages. Of these artists, 41 were Australian. With over 19,000 delegates (including 3200 media representatives) from 55+ countries attending SXSW, the festival is sure to be a valuable experience for any up-and-coming artist.
