MusicNSW's vision is to become The Incubator through which all musicians and all levels of the industry converge to resolve industry issues, perpetuate growth and lead evolution within the NSW Music Industry.

In order for MusicNSW to achieve this vision it is essential that we are acessible to all sectors of the Music Industry and that we are percieved by these sectors as an organisation created to be 'of service'.

Being 'of service' means different things to the various industry sectors, however MusicNSW believes that all sectors will value the delivery of such a service when needs are identified and addressed.

MusicNSW would like all levels of the Music Industry to feel ownership and a sense of belonging to this organisation and in doing so strengthen our ability to continue being 'of service'.
