The CMAA Academy of Country Music is offering Indigenous Australians the opportunity to jump start their music career by offering two scholarships.
The Troy Cassar Daley Scholarship and New England Institute of Tafe Scholarship is open to Indigenous songwriters, singers and instrumentalists over 18 years old. The scholarship will allow the successful applicant will be able to participate in a two week course commencing Saturday 23rd June, 2012 and concluding with a graduation concert on Saturday 7th July.
The scholarships will cover accomodation, meals, tuition and classes at Calrossy School Campus, Brisbane Street, Tamworth.
Applications closed today, but late applications will be considered in exceptional circumstances.
