The Qantas Spirit of Youth Awards is now open for applications. This is an opportunity for musicians under the age of 30 to move their career forward by winning a ticket anywhere. The winner will receive $5,000 in Qantas flights to anywhere to pursue their dreams.
Along with the flight, the winner will receive a cash prize of $5,000 and will be provided profession mentorship by a internationally recognised producer, songwriter and engineer, Lee Groves. Lee Groves will also be judging the competition for the third time.
Musicians from all genres are welcome to enter the competition. The competition has been going on since 2004 and has recognised artists such as Oh Mercy, My Disco, Wolf & Cub and Young & Restless.
The audio for entry should be high quality and in should be in MP3 or WAV format. Images should be high quality and in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Video clips may be in all popular video formats.
