Tanya Ali is a broadcaster, producer and writer based in Sydney. She hosts Monday Arvos and produces Race Matters at FBi Radio, as well as works there full-time as Partnerships Manager. She's also the Music Editor at Peril magazine, an online magazine that aims to shine a light on Asian-Australian arts and culture. When the sun goes down, you can find her spinning tunes around Sydney, both solo and as part of DJ duo Deep Tan.

ANDY IRVINE

Andy Irvine is a digital music distribution specialist and General Manager of Australia's newest digital aggregator and music services company, GYROstream. With a 20 year career in the music industry in supply chain and operations at Universal Music and more recently at independent labels Dew Process and Create Control, Andy has been involved in all aspects of the release cycle for thousands of major music releases. Andy has launched GYROstream to support the needs of Aussie and NZ independent artists, with a suite of music services and a local support team to assist artists getting their music out to the world. 

LUCIE O'CONNOR

Community radio has become a vital network for Australian musicians, with nearly six million listeners each week. Working at the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia, Lucie provides advice and support to over 300 community radio stations across the country on all aspects of their broadcasting. Prior to coming to the CBAA, Lucie spent two years in operations at Jaxsta, and worked at Universal Music Publishing Group in their Copyrights & Royalties division. Under the stage name, Lucie Tiger, she is also a singer-songwriter, playing a mix of country and blues.
