Are you a songwriter who plays live? Want to get paid for your efforts? Well make sure you submit an APRA Live Performance Return before August 31, 2012.
An LPR is an online form submitted by performers to APRA which reports details of their live performances in Australia and New Zealand. APRA processes and uses this information to contribute royalties to songwriters whose works are being performed.
If you’re a venue or club owner, you should be reporting all the songs that you have played over the past 12 month period.
