She recently launched marketing services company The Annex, which works with talent, management and labels to tailor and deliver marketing strategy and whose clients include Genesis Owusu, The Screaming Jets, Matt Corby, Mallrat and Vallis Alps. Mardi’s past roles in the UK include International Marketing and Promotions Manager for EMI, Vice President of Talent and Music at MTV UK and General Manager of Columbia Music Sony UK (Ting Tings, Mark Ronson, Kings of Leon, Calvin Harris).
