Whichway DJ Workshops
The Whichway DJ workshops injunction with Redfern Community Centre and Koori Radio were a success with 18 participants attending. The community center has decided, due the positive response from the workshop, to purchase DJ equipment as part of its music program. This will enable participants to continue to develop their skills.
Whichway Recording Intensive
Paul Penrith aka Konnect A Dot (new Hip Hop sensation), Wire MC and Emma Donovan have been recording tracks with leading Sydney producer Tony Buchen for the up and coming Whichway compilation CD package to be launched late September. Also recording for the CD at Green Dragon studios (with top producers Nick Hartley and Steve Balby) are Sharnee Fenwick (young up and coming country singer/songwriter) and Radical Son (Soul Singer/story teller who is also working on an album with Green Dragon). The quality of the recordings so far have been excellent!
