SXSW is now accepting showcase applications for music acts to perform at 2008 Music Festival. This year you have a choice of two ways to apply – both online to save you the trek to the post office.
Submit your online application from the SxSW website http://2008.sxsw.com/music/festival/apply_to_showcase/ or apply though Sonicbids http://www.sonicbids.com/clients/sxsw/sxsw_landing.htm
It’s your choice – the deadlines (October 26, 2007 for international artists, November 9, 2007 for artists in the USA) and fee ($20 for early submissions, $30 for applications submitted after October 5, 2007) are the same.
