The Groundswell tour has been developed to create a sustainable touring circuit up the east coast of Australia for new, innovative Indigenous artists. Applications to be apart of this have been extended to Friday August 7. Three successful applicants will share stage on a coordinated, professional live performance tour over three weeks. One group or artist from NSW, QLD & VIC will be selected. All solo artists, duos or groups can apply.
One artist from each of the nominated states will be selected to take part in the tour, to be that Indigenous artist from NSW head to arts.vic.gov.au and fill in an application before close of business on Friday, August 7 2009.
