Position Vacant: Alberts Seek Receptionist - MusicNSW
Alberts is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to perform front of office duties and provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and the Alberts team.
Reception is the face of the company and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the business by providing efficient, friendly and professional reception services to all clients, visitors, callers and Alberts employees.
  • Effectively and efficiently represent Alberts when answering all incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors
  • Under direction of the Executive Assistant oversee the general management of day to day office procedures and ensure the office runs efficiently and is presented in a professional manner
  • Organise couriers, travel bookings, postage and stationery orders
  • Liaise with the Studio Manager to coordinate studio bookings
  • Provide general administrative support to Creative Services, Licensing, Copyright and Royalties and the Marketing & Communications Manager
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous reception/admin experience (2+ years)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent  written/verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Effective planning and strong attention to detail
  • Great time management and organisation skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task with efficiency
  • Proficient knowledge of social media and digital communications
  • Passion for music and the music industry
