AMP announces judges - MusicNSW

The Australian Music Prize (AMP) have announced this year’s panel of judges. Australian Recording Artists can submit their 2008 works to go in the running to win the cash prize of $30,000 cash.

Clare Bowditch, Holly Throsby, Dave Faulkner, Deborah Conway, Lorna Clarkson, Romy Hoffman and Tim Freedman make up the creative side of the judges. They will join Andrew Mast (Street Press Australia) Bernard Zuel (SMH Senior Arts writer), Chris Barkley (Red Eye Records), Clem Bastow (Inpress), Dave Clarke (Reading 5 Cinemas), Dom Alessio (triple j home & hosed), Iain Shedden (The Australian), Kathy McCabe (The Daily Telegraph), Mal Sargant (Nova919) Mike Glynn (JBHiFi), Miranda Boyce (Channel V), Mish Stampfli (Groupie Mag), Noel Mengel (The courier mail), Patrick Donovan (The Age), Richard Moffatt (RRR), Sarah Thompson (JBHiFi), Simon Collins (The West Australian), Tim Hardaker (in the mix), Tom Beaumont (Rocking Horse Records)
