Ongoing Ongoing Support Act Crisis Relief Grants Crisis Relief Grants and support are available to musicians, managers, crew and music workers across all genres experiencing financial hardship as the result of illness, injury, mental health, older age or another current crisis that is impacting their ability to work in music. Grants are assessed for a current issue impacting ability to work in music and, if approved, will be provided through direct payment of bills or other personal expenses related to the crisis, rather than cash grants. 12 March 2024 Ongoing Destination NSW Regional Event Fund: Event Development The Event Development stream of the Regional Event Fund provides strategic grants of up to $50,000 to established events previously funded through the Flagship Event stream. 8 August 2024 1 October 2024 Creative Australia EXPORT DEVELOPMENT FUND: International Performance and Touring Activity The program has been developed to support emerging, breakthrough and established acts and is made available to Australian citizens or permanent residents who are current practicing music professionals. This includes solo artists, instrumentalists, bands, ensembles, DJ/producers and electronic artists, producers, songwriters and composers. The International Performance and Touring fund (Category 1) is designed to support international touring and showcase activity, with matched funding of $5000 to $25,000. View Details

The International Market and Audience Development fund (Category 3) is designed to support activity that includes international promotional and content creation activities with matched funding of $2000 to $10,000. 10 September 2024 12 October 2024 Music Australia Record Label Development Scheme (RLDS) The fund aims to provide financial support to Australian record labels, from local independents through to major label subsidiaries. An injection of capital in the form of direct grants, the Record Label Development Scheme requires applicants to provide a compelling contribution to ensure that a maximum ROI is achieved from the investment. Grants are available from $10,000 to $150,000 to eligible Australian record labels, and Australian subsidiaries of multinational record labels, that have been operating for a minimum of 3 years. 13 September 2024 22 October 2024 UNIFIED The UNIFIED Grant The UNIFIED Grant offers $5,000 to five creative projects that enhance the Australian independent music community. The initiative is open to anyone who is running a business that positively impacts the local music industry, whether it be through delivering creative services, helping artists grow fans, or developing new technology. 9 September 2024 25 October 2024 NATSIMO & Music Australia LIFECYCLE Marketing Grants The National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Music Office (NATSIMO), with funding from Music Australia, has announced the first series of LIFECYCLE Marketing Grants, which will provide 15 grants of $10,000 towards the marketing and promotion of recordings of original works or a tour. The grants support and facilitate access to professional content creation, marketing and promotional activities for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander music creators, supporting growth and fostering a vibrant, visible and inclusive music landscape. 9 September 2024 31 October 2024 Murray Arts Regional Arts Development Country Arts Support Program (CASP) 2025 CASP is an annual small grants program administered by Murray Arts to support a creative and vibrant regional NSW arts scene. Grants from $500 to $5,000 is up for grabs for each successful applicant, for projects occurring between 1 January and 31 October 2025. We have $17,000 to allocate for the Murray Arts 2025 CASP round. Eligible activities include workshops, exhibitions, performances, artist-in-residence programs, and public art and design projects.
