We'll investigate and get back to you in writing with what we found and what we'll do about it. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your complaint, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
Keeping your information safe
We take security seriously and have measures in place to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse or loss. That said, no internet transmission is ever completely risk-free — so we can't offer an absolute guarantee on information sent to us online.
How long we keep your information
We only hold your information for as long as we need it. How long that is depends on why we collected it - some records we're required to keep for legal or funding reasons, others we'll delete once they're no longer needed. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site - things like which pages are visited, how long people spend on them, and where visitors come from.
