Joe is a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer at Woodriver with over a decade of experience and an Advanced Diploma in Music Production. He is known for crafting balanced, cohesive mixes using a hybrid of analogue and digital techniques, with a strong focus on capturing high-quality sounds at the source. While specialising in heavier genres, Joe draws from a wide range of influences and works on projects of all styles and sizes.

Newcastle-based audio engineer Lochlan Morgan completed an Advanced Diploma of Music (sound production), before honing his craft under Mitta Norath at Tommirock Studios. Obsessed with DIY and unconventional recording techniques, he’s worked with local legends Catpiss, COBB, Soyboy and Carnivara while sharing his process through his social media channels.

Hailing from Newcastle, Ella Day is a folk/rock artist known for her soulful, warm voice and strikingly honest songwriting. A gifted lyricist, she crafts songs that linger. Her writing is rich with emotion and nostalgia, exploring the complexities of growing up, womanhood, the fragility of relationships, and the ongoing journey toward knowing oneself. Blending intimate folk storytelling with the grit and energy of rock, Ella’s music feels both deeply personal and universally resonant, inviting listeners to find pieces of their own stories within her songs.
